Raclettes!

My friend, Trisha, actually owns a raclette set for 6. She and her husband hosted a fantastic raclette dinner.

Directions: grab an individual portion raclette pan, mix-and-match various sliced sausages, tomatoes, mini pearl onions, and cornichons with cheese. Broil until bubbly. Serve over thick slices of baguette and consume immediately.

Insanely good!
